At the source: Pours brown with little to no head. Aroma is sour malts, bread, some kvass. Taste is rather sour with a nice bready backbone. This is simple, but very nicely done. I liked it.

Draught at Dirck the Norseman. Slightly hazy copper red with small foamy beige head, pine aroma, sour taste with citrus overtones, high carbonation, longish finish. A very smooth and drinkable sour.
