This hops-free wheat beer, therefore a cervoise, is the result of a regional collaboration between the brewer and the producer of Griottines from the Peureux distillery in Fougerolles (Haute Sâone). Five years were necessary for the realization of this beer, in the search for a perfect balance.

0.75l bottle Hyperboissons Dijon-Chênove. Hazy reddish colour, white head. Intensive cherry aroma. Full-bodied, malty with good, natural cherry flavours. Not too sweet and not too tart, perfectly balanced! The cherry flavour is really convincing. You can taste that real cherry juice is used and no artificial aroma. Good summer beer.

Drought. Reddish copper with small beige foamy head, fruit aroma, sweetish cherry taste, low carbonation, abrupt finish. Unexpectedly nice.
