750ml corked and caged. 20990-16 on the label. Whatever that means besides 2016.
Itโs a hazy apricot colour with an inch of foam.
Smells of Brett, apricot and peaches; thatโs the tart side. I notice a bit of a fruity sweetness. ..
Not entirely sweet that other fruit. More of a neutral vs the apricots and peaches. The Brett is more subdued than the smell suggested. Nice user friendly level of the sour.
Fairly light bodied with mild carbonation.
Nice beer.

750 ml corked and caged bottle rated on paper up at the river yesterday. Aroma is strong brett, lactic, dusty basement, lemon, apricot, almondy cherry pits. Pours hazy golden with a medium white head with good retention. Taste is sour (8/10), dry. Foamy mouthfeel. Tasty.

On tap at Draught House. Pours a hazy yellow gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is lemon, wheat, lacto. Thin body, tart lemon, lacto, crushable, very good.
