Wow is this good beer! Everything is so dialed in and flawless I just can't believe it. I wish I'd bought a lot more. super fresh grapefruit hops with exact perfect amount of malt and carbonation to balance huge fluffy frothy off-white head that lasts a long time just the right amount of bitterness and an outstanding finish. Man these guys can brew beer.

Taster pour on tap at Boneyard Bistro. Appearance is lightly hazy, piss yellow with tons of sparkle, finger-width white foamy head with excellent retention and tons of soapy lacing. Aroma is nondescript fruit salad. Taste is sweet nondescript fruit salad with offsetting strong bitterness. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and dry, crisp, mostly bitter finish. Overall, a really nice look but the aroma and taste are fairly weak and the dominant feature of the brew is bitterness.

Bottle from Whole Foods San Rafael, close to the source. Bottled a week ago. Pours a clear golden colour and a small white head with some retention and lacing. Aroma's of piney hops with a light malt backbone.

Tap @ Belmont Station. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aromas of pine, orange, citrus, mandarin. Taste is malty, piney, citrus, orange, bitter grassy hops.
