Nacka Mexican Lager En extra ljus och snäll s k ”champagne-lager” med något maltig smak. En internationell lager från Nacka Bryggeri bryggd med maltsorterna Carapils, Extra Pale Premium Pilsner, Flaked Torrefied Maize och humlesorten Hallertauer Mittelfrüh. Ofiltrerad och opastöriserad.
Systembolagets text: Maltig smak med inslag av ljust bröd, gula äpplen, citrus och halm. Serveras vid 8-10°C som sällskapsdryck.
Denna öl har minskad kalorihalt med 30% och minskad kolhydrathalt med 80%,
genom minskat innehåll av socker.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a very pale yellow with next to no head. Discreet nose of malt. Light body, thin maltiness. Faintly tart strangely reminding me of a cheap white wine. Hardly any bitterness at all. 131025

Draught@SBWF2018. Yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is grainy, some herbal and mild bready tones. Flavour is herbal, grassy, mild bready and some grainy tones too. Clean and quite comfortable to binge-drink.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 28 Sep 2018) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with bread, canned corn and hay. Malty taste with notes of bread, cereal, canned corn and a sweetish finish with hardly any bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Well, well...

Keg @ sbwf 2018. Poured light golden color. Grainy and malty with light spiciness. Light bodied, dusty malty. Clean.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Clear light yellow with a small white head. Sweetish with corn, some vegetables and hints of grass. The body was light and the bitterness low. A boring one.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear pale yellow, small head. Light aroma of maize and boiled vegetables. Dry with light body and crisp mouthfeel. Fatty maize, some grass. Low bitterness. Not a great beer, but a great day to celebrate with a Swedish Mexican lager.
