He is a ruler, an overlord, a top dog, a crowned head. In the realm of all that is tart and sour, Jelly King reigns supreme.
Rather than choosing between sour or hoppy, we decided to create a beer that would be both at the same time. Showcasing the aromatic benefits of a generous dry hop, harnessing the prowess of lactic acidity, and coming to a bottle near you without a pesky slumber in oak, Jelly King is the fermented embodiment of immediate gratification.
What it smells like, what it tastes like, what it looks like: This limited edition Jelly King harnesses the other-worldly powers of raspberry and peach, creating sweet and sour sorbet-like flavours that -- do I even have to keep going? I just said sorbet. A beer that tastes like sorbet. It’s amazing.

Cloudy pinkish purple pour, with a small pink head. Aroma is tart raspberry jam, with the slightest hint of peach juice. Tartness is nice, mouth feel is full and creamy, with low bitterness. Raspberry notes are all over the peach, and the peach is lost, and 95% non existant.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Hazy pinkish orange, mid sized head. Citric nose with lemon and frozen raspberries. Tart with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Mildly citric with plenty of frozen raspberries. Low bitterness. Refreshing, and as far as flavoured sours go, this is way beyond expectations.

On tap at Darby's, pours a cloudy jammy peachy red with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of yogurty notes, with soft raspberry skins and a touch of peach. Flavour is juicy, with a nice raspberry skin character, a hint of peach, and moderate yogurty notes. For a kettle sour, this is done competently, as usual with this series. But nothing special. Good.

Can at home, 24th February 23. Pours a cloudy pink. Aroma is tart fruit, raspberries, don’t get so much peach. Taste is tart, dry, raspberries, crushed berries, maybe a hint of peach, would have liked more, more tart raspberry. Nice

Can 47,3 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque grayish golden with a small, white head. Lovely aroma with both fruits coming through. Medium body, lactic tartness, super dry with the fruits being less prominent than in the nose. Tart and dry finish. 290123

Bottle: Poured a cloudy orangey color ale with a large foamy head with OK retention and some light lacing. Aroma of light tart notes with some raspberry notes and light peach. Taste is also a mix of raspberry notes with some light peach with a tart finish. Body is full with good carbonation. Another great version of Jelly King.
