Fyrisch är en ljus ale som är inspirerad av den tyska öltypen från Köln. Överjäst, men på en lägre temperatur än övriga ale är denna öl lagerlik i sin smak. Nordisk pilsner- och viennmalt står för en lätt balanserad maltbas. Tysk Tettninger och Mandarina Bavariahumle ger en angenäm och lätt beska med citrustoner. Den egentillverkade kölschjäststammen förvandlar allt till en ren och lättdrucken öl. Fyrisch är en törstsläckande öl för alla tillfällen, men tillsammans med vit fisk, en fräsch sommarsallad eller ljust kött kommer den ännu bättre till sin rätt.

Bottled@Ölstugan Tullen, Hornstull, Stockholm. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some nutty and mild wooden notes. Flavour is floral, fruity, grassy, herbal and some mild nutty and toasted notes.

Bottle @ �lstugan tullen, Hornstull. Poured golden color, gusher. Slightly yeasty notes, citrusy, hoppy aroma. Citric with some hay and hops. Fruity, floral finish.

200ml on tap at Ardbeg Embassy. A filmy white head to a hazed golden body. Upper part lacing on the glass. Grassy hops on the nose, dry. Subdued lemony hops to the taste profile, joined by bread and notes of spices. Distant dry bitterness to the ending. Satisfying. (Stockholm 29.07.2018).

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 28 Sep 2017) Golden colour with lasting, white head. Malty, slightly fruity nose with notes of white bread, peaches, soft fruit and some grass. Malty, slightly fruity taste with peaches, mixed fruits, bread, grass and a fairly low grassy bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. A bit shy, but well balanced and tasty. Quite enjoyable.

Keg at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Almost clear golden, small head. Fruity bready nose with floral grassy hops. Dryish with light-medium body and clean rounded mouthfeel. Grassy, bready and fruity. Mid bitter finish. A good effort in a tough style to master. Top fermented pils...

Sample at SBWF 2017. (my first one from this brewery) Golden with a medium white head. Mild with grass, some citrus and bread. The body was light as was the bitterness.

Draught (Taps Beer Bar, Uppsala) - Golden with a white head. White bread, grass and a twist of lime in the aroma. Crisp taste with bready malts, citrus and a slight sweetness.
