(Bottle, from Bottl3.5hop, Stockholm) Reddish amber colour, slightly hazy, with frothy pinkish white head. Fruity nose with notes of raspberries, lemon, bread and grass. Fruity, slightly tart taste with raspberries, rhubarb, lemon, white bread, hay and a dry finish with tart fruit. Light body, quite dry. Crisp, fresh and tasty, mainly dominated by raspberries, and with some rhubarb shining through in the mouth. Enjoyable.

Bottle. Pours a hazy pale red color with a small white head. Has a fruity raspberry rhubarb aroma. Fruity weak sour raspberry rhubarb flavor. Has a fruity weak sour raspberry rhubarb finish.

Bottled, from Folkölsbutiken, Stockholm. Hazy orange/pink with mid sized pink head. Aroma of rhubarb with some lemon and raspberry. Tart with light body and clean, crisp mouthfeel. Lightly grainy, otherwise dominated by rhubarb and tart raspberries. Nicely drinkable, but more tart lemonade than Saison.
