RUBY HOP WHEAT BEER – ett öl fullt av mystik, men lätt i kroppen som en hoppande katt. Något så gåtfullt som ett rött veteöl, torrhumlat och kristallklart som höstnattens himlavalv. En brygd full av kraft, med humle från alla världens hörn. Australiensisk Ella och amerikansk Amarillo ger frisk smak av citrus, grapefrukt och melon medan den typiska veteölsjästen ger en ton av kryddnejlika. Sist men inte minst färgar karamell- och melanoidinmalt ölet vackert rött.

Draught@Lottas Krog, Umeå. Deep amber colour with a mediumsized beige foamy head. Aroma is caramel, some grains, mild toffee and some earthy tones. Flavour is caramel malts, some bananas, mild wooden and metallic tones with some citrus too.

Appearance: Amber colour with an off-white head.
Aroma: Caramel, malt.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Caramel, malt, some hints of banana, weak fruit.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 30 Sep 2017) Reddish amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of caramel, red fruit and cherries. Malty, fruity taste with red fruit, caramel, white bread, hints of cherries and a mild bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Quite enjoyable.

Tap at Lottas Krog. Deep amber colour, medium-sized beige head. Caramalt, grain, menthol in the nose. Medium-bodied. Crystal malts, mentholy hops, some banana, hints of metal. Industrial vibe.
