Hopsession är en session pale ale med mycket smak, men lite lägre alkoholhalt. För en mjukare munkänsla har vi använt oss av en viss del omältat vete och havre. Humlen står främst för smak och arom i denna öl. Genom att använda stora mängder Mosaic, Citra och Amarillo sent i koket och i jästanken, får vi mycket smak och arom men en liten beska.

Draught@Ardbeg Embassy, Stockholm. Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, herbal, wooden and some slight fruity and wheaty notes. Flavour is wheat, some spruce, mild toffee and some rather fruity notes.

Can from Systembolaget:
Amber color with a hint of haze. Nice head. Aroma is fruity, soapy and floral with cookie dough in the background. Floral hop flavor with notes of orange peels. Lasting bitterness. Very easy drinking.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 4 Oct 2018) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, mango, pineapple and white bread. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, pineapple, grass, white bread and a balanced floral bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice. Rerate: (Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 24 Feb 2019) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, mango, pineapple and grass. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, lemon peel, pineapple, mango, grass and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, dry. Fresh and tasty. Quite nice. Same numbers.

Tap at Artut Östersund. A very decent APA. Light, freshing but with fruity bitterness.

Bottle from my dear sister, thank you! Light aroma of tangerines. In taste these are not that medium, and I would say that beer holds all tastes at one level. Like... It's... Flat?

330ml Bottle - Hazy golden in colour. Grapefruit, pineapple, passion fruit and peach in the aroma. Hoppy, tangy and zesty taste with grapefruit, lemon, pineapple, pine and passion fruit standing out. Refreshing and easy to drink.
