50cl bottle from Morrisons. Amber with a fast-fading loose white head; aromas of caramel, honey and earthy hops; tart fruit flavours with a soft, smooth honey texture; clean fresh bitterness to finish. Very good.

bottle from a petrol station somewhere between Newton Poppleford and Exeter (Devonshire). Clear copper colour, mid-sized beige head. Malty-hoppy nose with a touch of citrus fruit. Full-bodied, intensive malty flavours with hints of roasetd malts and caramel. Lovely lemony hops on to, with hints of bitter orange and English orange marmalade. Delicious.

Amber colour, off-white head. Aroma has some grassy hops, and the flavour some caramel malts. Just the average bitter.

Very good hops nose โbit like USA hops, as well as some caramel. Nice hops in the taste, but this time clearly UK hops. Clear, crisp palate, the bitterness not fading away. Very nice golden bitter.

Bottle, Morrisons, West Kirby. Dark amber with a thin dissipating head. Aroma was caramel and hops with a similar theme continuing into the flavour with some light fruit and a dose of maltiness getting invoived too. All quite inoffensive and drinkable.
