Sour Passion is one of our favorites! We just love passion fruit and this one has a lot of it. Brewed with pilsner malt, wheat and oat, and passion fruit comes in at the end of fermentation. Lactobacillus makes it sour. It´s sour, it´s passion! Skål!

Bottle. (thanks Tom) Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma and taste of passionfruit, citrus and some mild funk. The finish was quite sour and on the dry side. A pleasant one.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity sour passion fruit aroma. Fruity sour tart passion fruit flavor. Has a fruity sour tart passion fruit finish.

Appearance: Hazy golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Passion fruit, citrus, sour, tart.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.

Bottle. Crisp, clean and well balanced sour. High frutiness, medium sweetness, medium tartness and rather low funkiness. Really nice and drinkable.

Hazy pale golden color with a fine white head. Ok lacing. Looks good and a fine intensity in the aroma. Pleasant sourness and acidity. Fine carbonation level. Easy to drink. I really enjoyed this beer. Quite refreshing. Citric, passion fruit and some green apples. Nice lasting end and a semi dry texture.

Gulbrun klar med fingerhøyt hvitt skum som forsvinner helt. Lukter passionsfrukt og rabarbra. Sur. Passionsfrukt og rabarbra også i smak. Middels lang.

Flaska från SB. Smak och doft av humle, passionsfrukt, jäst, med toner av gröna äpplen och citrus. Frisk, fruktig, lagom sötma, torr, fin beska och syrlighet, bra balans. Gott!

Bottle from Systembolaget. Slightly unclear yellow with a fine, white head. Aroma is passion fruit purée with some light grain, green grapes and citrus underneath, but mainly loads and loads of passion. Taste is tart passion fruit with some citrus. A bit doughy towards the finish but overall straight passionfruit. No complexity, just pure tart passion fruit. Refreshing and lovely.
