Vår Stout är en lätt, lagom rostad, drickvänlig öl på behändiga 4,8%. Det rostade kornet kallstöps vilket ger en mild rostighet utan bittra garvsyror, innehåller även omältat korn för fylligheten. Denna öl kommer till sin rätt vid en temperatur på 12–14 grader. En fantastisk törstsläckare och går utmärkt att dricka till skaldjur, men prova den till inlagd sill – passar perfekt!

Bottle (thanks Kalle). Deep brown colour, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel, liquorice, some toffee and mild chocolate and toasted tones. Flavour is toasted, milf liquorice, earthy and some mild rubbery tones.

Bottled 330ml. -Black coloured, medium sized brownish head, lively carbonation, weak coffee nose. Light roasted malt, chicory, weak coffee, caramel and mild notes of ash in the finish.

Drukket på Lillehøgda. Ultramørk amber. Filmskum med litt farge. Tynn teppelacing. Lett sjokoladearoma. Smaken kakao. Tørr avslutning.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 6 Oct 2018) Dark brown colour with foamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of dark bread, chocolate and caramel. Malty, roasted taste with caramel, dark bread, dark fruit, prunes and a mild roasty bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. A bit thin for a stout, tastes more like a dunkel lager. Still, quite enjoyable. Rerate: (Bottle, 29 Sep 2021) Black colour with foamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, liquorice, prunes and cola. Malty, roasted taste with coffee, chocolate, hints of red berries and a balanced roasty, slightly metallic, bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Not too impressive, but quite enjoyable. (Both ratings, same figures.)

Mørk brun med lavt beige skum. Lukter kaffe, søt engelsk lakris og nøtter. Lett. Smaker kakao, nøtter og noe hostesaft. Middels lang.

Appearance: Dark brown colour with a tan head.
Aroma: Caramel, some liquorice, chocolate, malt.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Caramel, liquorice, malt, rather sweet.

Sample at SBWF 2017. Dark brown with a small head. Light with caramel, some coffee, licorice and hints of metal. Thin and boring.

Bottle at SBWF. Dark brown colour, small off-white. Licorice, caramel in the nose. Light-bodied. Caramel, licorice, some garsh notes. Clean but lagerish.
