Aroma of grainy malt, fruity notes, yeast, hoppy notes. Flavour is light sweet with a moderate bitter finish. Great balance, masterfully brewed. This is a delicious Kellerbier.

Fles 33cl bij Paviljoen Lutterzand. Lichtbruin bier met schuim. Smaak is licht bittter hoppig, licht zoet en ietwat kruidig.

33cl bottle from Beerwulf webshop. F: medium, creamy, white, good retention. C: gold, hazy. A: malty, bit bready, herbal touch, fruity touch. T: medium malty base, light bready, caramel, sweet herbal, bit toast, medium carbonation, bit honey, more on the sweet side yet for me and for this style not bad, enjoyed.

Bottle, brewed in the 50 litre brewkit. Blonde, cloudy. Pours a huge head. Lemon and fresh cheese in the aroma. Lemony yeasty flavor. Bottle from the new brewhouse in Ootmarsum. Blonde, hazy. Pineapple and citrus in the aroma. Soft grassy but especially very fruity flavor. Pineapple, citrusfruit. This is called pilsener, but in fact this is a kellerbier. And certainly not a bad one. Could use a bit more hops though.

Fles 33cl bij De Buuren in Dedemsvaart. Rood fruit, maltig, caramel, zoetje, heel licht kruidig. Meer Irish red ale dan een zwickel of kellerbier. (23-7-2019).

330ml bottle [Thanks to the TVs once again!]. Slightly cloudy, dark amber colour with average, thick, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Fruity and minimally doughy yeasty aroma, hints of red berries, a touch of plum. Taste is dry, yeasty, slightly fruity, minimally doughy, cautious hints of cherry, red berries a touch of plum. Quite OK.

Medium, yellowish head over clear, finely carbonated copper-golden beer. Oxydized malts (air connu), honey, sweet malts. Somewhate drier, herbal flavour. Still quite some sweetish malts, honey. Oxydation perceptible, if less apparent than in the nose. Dry finish and aftertaste. Feels well-carbonated, bit slick. Bit strange, certainly for a "Zwickel". Yeast certainly didn’t save this beer from oxydation.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and malt, leading to a bitter finish.
