En riktig gårdssaison då den faktiskt är bryggd med fläder som växer på vår innergård :). Idén kom från vår krögare Erik Bennbom, som också var med och bryggde sin första öl. Välkomna in och prova en frisk somrig saison med lätta flädertoner.

Sample at SBWF 2017. Hazy a bit darker golden with a white head. Aroma of bread, yeast and light elderflower. The same in the taste. Kind of soft and easy to drink.

Yellow, medium hazy body, with a big, creamy, lacing, white head.
Aroma of spices, wheat, dough, dried fruits, some flowers.
Tastes lighter, almost a bit watery, with the rosemary-like spices sticking out and some yeasty and wheaty notes, subtle fruits.
Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes quite soft, spicy, wheaty, yeasty, a bit fruity.
Good. Starts promising, with an interesting, full nose, but the taste is too light, especially for the style. Still nothing wrong about this, easy drinkable and refreshing.
