Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, grass, orange - citrus, dry hops, pine. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and heavy bitter with a long duration, dry, sharp hops. Draft. A deep red beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of fruit, malt, and lots of hops. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of hops on a malty background, and leading to a very bitter and dry finish.

On tap. Pours a hazy golden with a rough off-white head. Citrusy hop aroma - not extreme though. Medium body, dry fruitiness, somewhat nutty, the finish gets mouthdryingly astringent and leathery, dang this is bitter - almost herbal! 060511
