This Pale American Belgo style beer was 2010 GABF’s silver medal winner. It has notes of spicy pineapple, mango bubblegum aromas which comes from the unique marriage of a special Bel-gian yeast and an American Simcoe hop. This beer has an initial soft malt sweetness with orange fruitiness and finishes with a hoppy dryness.

On tap @ Beer Temple. Golden blonde color, slightly hazy. White head. Aroma’s: tropical fruit, a bit of caramel. Sweet malts and more fruit retronasal, with some hoppy acidity. Flavor is moderate sweet with some hoppy acidity. Medium bodied. Finishes slightly dry and eventually bitter.

On tap at Beer Temple. Clear deep golden colour, white head. Aroma of sweet Belgian yeast, fruity, malty, citrus hop, pineapple. Flavour borders on tart, fruity acids, citrus, pineapple, malty, firm dry bitter finish with some alcohol. Medium-bodied. Nice.

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. This is a blurry honey colored one with a nice lacing white top. On the nose it's light sour-berry like with a brett touch. Also traces of wheat and green apples. It has a really relaxing oily mouthfeel and a comfortable carbonation level. Both sweet and slightly acidic berries in this, that's making it super balanced. Mhm.. Delicious to sip on. Light peachy fruity also, and it has a good bitterness in the finish. Highly enjoyable. 04.05.2013

Draught @ CBC2013. Pours clear golden with a frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of trace on the glass. Smell is sweet, fruity and floral with crackers, biscuits, tropical fruits, lemon zest, orange zest, marzipan, steel and wild flowers. Taste is sweet. tiny bitter and tiny sour with biscuits, marzipan, overripe tropical fruits, lemon zest, orange zest, bread and hints of sheet metal. Mouthfeel is round, tiny clogging and medium bodied. Finish is sweet with biscuits, grapefruit juice, lemon zest, orange zest and hints of overripe tropical fruits and bread.

[5/4/13] Draught at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. Slightly hazy orange. Aroma of yeast, fruity esters and a bit of spiciness. Sweetish flavor, yeasty and fruity, with a bit of spiciness and a mildly bitter finish. Medium-bodied. Can’t find too much Simcoe in there.
