Fra fat på Akkurat Stockholm 16 Jan 18. Ultramørk amber. Lavt tett skum som daler sakte. Teppelacing. Bra krydderaroma. Smaken balansert. Krydder & malt. Litt søt.

400ml draught at Akkurat. Shared with Finn. Pearl white head, spotty lacing, dark reddish brown body. Dried fruity nose, mid-sweet. Malt-fruity flavours of caramel and marmalade. Mid-sweet jam-like ending. Medium bodied. Fair enough, just a tad to sweet. (Stockholm 16.01.2018).

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 7 Oct 2017) Hazy amber colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of dried fruit, prunes and toast. Malty taste with caramel, dark fruit, toast, prunes and a mild spicy bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Not very complex, but tasty and well balanced dubbel. Quite nice.

Appearance: Dark amber colour with a tan head.
Aroma: Spices, yeast, malt.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Spices, caramel, malt, yeast.

Sample at SBWF 2017. Hazy dark amber with a firm head. Sweet with herbs, grass, some spices and malt. The body was medium and the bitterness low.

Draught @ Akkurat. Sweet and slightly sour with notes of clove, white pepper, orange and milk chocolate. A bit fizzy mouthfeel.

Keg at Akkurat, Stockholm. Cloudy brownish amber, rocky head. Bandaid and spicy grass up front. Mid dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and bubblegum, mild grass and herbal spice. Low-medium bitterness.
