On tap @ Borefts 2013. A really deep cloudy looking warm plush-red beer this with a small beige light sidesticking grey head on top. It smells quite nice with lots of sourced red fruits. Kinda ripe sourced fruits and a little bit of soft blend champagne vinegar. It's definitely a pleasant aroma this - one of those you can sit and smell at for a while. Much the same goes again in the taste here. It has a light oily mouthfeel and a average carbonation level. Yeasty Flanders red currants with vinegar. It's surprisingly clean in the taste and what I will describe as easy to drink. I quite like this. Will soon bee hitting the other younger weddings. Looking forward to that after having this. 27.09.2013

Draught Small yellowish-cream head, over deep brown beer. Wood, woodtoner, chocolate, lactic acid, ketones. Wood, lactic acid, red fruit (cherry, redcurrant,...) Quite well-bodied, very oily. Good, but I thought former editions were more spectacular.
