Nils Oscar Hefeweizen är en typisk veteöl av bayersk typ. Det är en överjäst öl som är bryggt med övervägande del vetemalt och flera sorters kornmalt. Beskan kommer från de tyska humlesorterna Magnum, Select och Tettnang.

Den är ofiltrerad, frisk med en tydlig veteölskaraktär och är extremt gastronomiskt anpassningsbar.

Bottle from Systembolaget, e-order in May 2017. Hazy dark golden with a large white head. Aroma of banana, hops and light spices. Similar taste. The body was light as was the bitterness. A refreshing one.

Appearance: Hazy golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Fruit, wheat, banana, some spices.
Body: Light to medium body, quite heavy carbonation.
Flavour: Banana, wheat, spices, fruit.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Cloudy straw colour, rich head. Floral hops meets banana and cloves up front. Mid dry with light-medium body and soft, velvetty mouthfeel. Evident floral hops, mid intensity phenols - banana and cloves. Mid bitter finish. Very harmonious, yet flavourful hefeweizen. Lovely!

Bottle. Hazy dark yellow with a quickly white head, no lacings. Aroma is wheat, citrus, bread, bubble gum, slight banana. Taste is earthy bready, wheat with banana and spices. Low, close to zero, bitterness. Light to medium body.

Beer share at Lennarts, Malmö - Golden orange pour with white head. Sweet fruity and wheaty with some prominent banana notes, light fruity, some straw, grass, weeds, wheaty sweet into the close.
