Refreshment, thy name is Clementine. One sip of this White Ale transports you to the shade of a mighty tree, lounging in the peace of a crisp spring afternoon. Luscious citrus flavors and Belgian spice abound in Clementine, which features additions of Sweet Orange Peel, Coriander, and Mandarina Hops. The use of a Belgian Ale yeast strain contributes a tinge of peppery flavor to this crisp summer companion.

22oz bomber shared with Anndiesel. Cloudy orange-tan, quick fading head. A pretty solid Wit actually, I was assuming it would be way more fruit forward. I certainly does have some orange fruity tones, but they are well incorporated into the overall yeast and wheat tones. Medium bodied even with the sort of hefty ABV. The clementine and orange really begin to show in the aftertaste after a few sips. Well executed quality product.

On tap at Petrol Station. Pours a cloudy golden orange with a white head that dissipates completely. Aroma has a good amount of light sweet citrus with backing wheat and grains. Flavor has a nice combo of light wheat and sweet citrus.

Bottle passed onto me by Jan & Charlotte, many thanks to a very generous couple. Consumed 03.01.12 Hazy orange/amber with head that swiftly departed. Brisk, clean, aroma of peel and citrus, with orange showing most. Little tanginess and light bitterness, quite refreshing, better than I was expecting. A6 A3 T7 P3 Ov13 3.2

200 oz bottle. Slightly hazy golden body with a nice off-white head. Mild fruity aroma like citric, oranges/Clementine. Flavor is citric fruity, oranges, light caramel and decent bitter. Medium body. Quite nice, but pretty straight forward actually.

Bottle. It pours an unclear, golden body under a small, dense, off-white head. Clementine peel and a generic citrusy touch on the nose. Some white sugar. Quite bitter in the mouth, with a nice citrusy and orangey, or clementiney, flavor. Rather dry, didn’t expect that judging from the aroma. Medium to full bodied, pleasant carbonation. Lasting finish with orange peel like bitterness. I like this one, it’s a bit onedimensional, but nice anyway. 111128

Bottle from Bier Koning. Solo hungover tasting in my hotel room! Hazt gold beer. Little white head. Light dry palate. Mild minerals. Wheaty malt, light. Mild orange citrus and some floral notes. Marmalade comes through towards the end. Finishes dry. Not bad but good do with the fruit turning up!
