Bomber from Half Time. Pours hazy dirty gold with a transient fizzy white head. Aromas of orange zest and spice. Med body. Flavor is lots of clove, lots of orange zest, and some sort of hop bitter. Not your lazy Wit. This one works hard on flavor. Refreshing. Very good.

Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate to light heavy yeasty, citrus, spicy, coriander. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, coriander, spicy, orange peel - clementine, yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110820]

Hazy golden coloured body with a thick, two centimetre thick white head. Aroma of fresh coriander seed, curacao, yeast, wheat, light fresh hops and a bit of nutmeg in the mix too. Medium-bodied; Interesting taste shows a potent malt flavour at first, a ton of spices, a lot of curacao and even orange juice and a little hop bite near the end. Aftertaste has some complex flavours with a lot of citrus, oranges and spices noticeable and a faint grassy hop note. Overall, a nice and interesting wit that shows a ton of different flavours and isn’t lacking in taste at all - perhaps showing too much differences than a typical wit. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Norm’s in Vienna, Virginia for US$6 on 30-July-2011 sampled at home in Washington on 09-August-2011.
