Bottled. Ambery brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is saccharine, chocolaty and mild toasted tones. Flavour is rye bread, some floral, mild toasted tones with some nutty tones. Nice for the 2 % ABV it was. A bit like Finnish kotikalja.

(Bottle, from Bottl3.5hop, Stockholm, vintage 2017 2,0%) Dark brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty nose with notes of caramel, dark bread, roasted grain and hints of fresh herbal hops. Malty, sweet taste with caramel, dark bread, cola, some liquorice, brown sugar and a sweet finish with low bitterness. Light body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well made svagdricka. Quite enjoyable.

Bottle at Monks Cafe tasting. Nut brown colour, small beige head. Malty, some saccarine, chocolate in the nose. Light-bodied. Watery, but still with some malty substance. Rye bread, saccarine. Quite ok.

Bottle. A dark brown beer with a finger thick light beige head leaving some curtains. Sweetish dark malts in the flavor, dark rye bread, some bonfire notes and a distinct hoppy scent. It’s full bodied, yet watery, smoothly carbonated, with roasted malts and dark sugar flavors. Lasting finish. Interesting, but not my kind of beer. 170525
