Kolor rdzawy i zmętniony, a w zasadzie jasno brązowy. Chyba pierwszy raz napotkałem nuty kawowe w jasnym piwie. Dry Hopped na finiszu wyraźnie dominuje.

A cloudy, brownish yellow beer with a huge and blond head. Aroma is interesting and also weird, coffee, herbs, some fruits and liquirice. Taste is also unique, coffee, dry herbs, hint of fresh citrusfruits. Light+ bodied, high carbonation. Interesting beer, not so succesfull, but stil there are something fancy nuancees; herb coffee.

Strong coffee flavor, odd in a beer this pale. Spinach also present. Clear amber, thick sticky yellow head, a total gusher. Coffee flavor and lemongrass. Light body. Odd, but not unpleasant.

Hazy amber colour with a big frothy withe head that last a long time. Unusual grass hoppy aroma. Lively carbonation. Not easy to keep it in the glass. Medium body. mild sweetness and a fine bitterness. Grassy flavour mixed with some cold coffee?

Bottle 0,33L in the morning on Botel Racek. Először jónak tűnt a kávés szalmaságával, de aztán a Béla lehűtött: pfúúúúj, kávés sör. Utána már undorító volt. Az íze. Meg a Béla is.

Crisp clear coloured body of amber colour with a touch of a copper glow and a thick, soapy off-white head - not too great looking from the stupid head. Aroma of intense, potent, not good smelling coffee with a funk, malt and earthiness that doesn’t sit well in the nose. Medium-bodied; Assertive funky coffee flavoured taste that shows a harsh bitterness coupled with a plain bad taste from overextracted coffee. Aftertaste is harsh only showing tons of bitterness, some light alcohol and a touch of malt with burnt sugars too. Overall, a horrible beer - I’m not sure what they were thinking in Holland, but this one doesn’t go over well and no one should spend even a single euro, quid or dollar on this. I sampled this 33 cL bottle purchased from Olive Tree Market Place in San Diego, California on 01-May-2012 for US$5.49 sampled at home in Washington on 14-June-2012, and I’m happy I didn’t bring this across the pond to sample here - just across the country.

Draft at De Molen. Hazy dark golden pour with a bubbly white head. Bitter aroma with stale coffee. Flavour is bitter, same coffee, hops, light sweet. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

On draft @ HaandBryggeriet Beer festival 2012. Hazy orange body with a nice off-white head. A bit strange in the nose with malt, coffee and fruity hops. Flavor is quite refreshing, soft malt with refreshing bitterness and coffee. Medium body and bitter coffee in aftertaste. Quite nice with an obvious coffee flavor.

Draught at Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen
Cloudy amber color, with too much carbonation (it has been painful to pour it in the glass), producing a giant head, compact. Aroma of re-boiled coffee (dusty), spices (pepper and coriander), nettles. Very dry mouthfeel, allowing the coffee to blend correctly, although to me this is burnt too much; there is a spicy side, and nothing else; correct bitterness; very ashy. Not wrongly brewed, but it’s just an idea that I don’t fancy.
