From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is citric and smooth fruity. Mellow. Fruity, citric and lingering. Mellow, crisp hoppy finish.

Keg at the Beavertown 4th Birthday event. It pours hazy gold with a medium white head. The aroma is sticky sweet, very juicy, apricot, peach, straw and some funky action. The taste is crisp, juicy, tart, earthy, straw, wood, sherbet, action, peach and some candied citrus peel. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Fresh and juicy. Nice juan.

Keg at the 4th birthday. Translucent golden yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is lovely brett, lemon, wheat, straw, sour. Flavour iz composed of tangy, Brett, wheat, straw, saison yeast. Palate is light and tangy, highish carbonation. Very good.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy yellow with a small, white head. Tart and funky aroma, lemon juice. Medium-bodied, low in carbonation. Again very tart and lemony if not overly complex. The finish gets the usual sulphur and baking yeast accents that spoils so many sours. Maybe it will disappear with age. 040216
