Fruity, Flavourful, Sessionable. British and German malts team up with five Yakima Valley American hops to create a vibrant and fruity red ale. As lively and colourful as the people that brew it.

Bottled. A dark amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of hops, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, hops, and flowers, leading to a dry and a bit bitter finish.

500 ml bottle, at Olympen, Oslo. Beautiful reddish colour, large to moderate off-white head. Lovely complex aroma of American hops, notes of various fruits, hints of spices. Delightful hoppy flavour, well balanced with the malts, notes of red fruits / berries, blackcurrants and blackcurrant leaves, extremely drinkable. Great with a mutton dinner, or alone. A "school example" of English subtlety paired with American quality hops in a moderate ABV "session" ale.

0.5l bottle shared with RuneStumo @ Schoukjelleren, Oslo. This is a near-clear copperish beer with a nice-sized lacing off-white light bubbly head. Aroma is mild and light citrus-fruity with tones of caramel and strawberries. Average carbonation with a mild oily mouthfeel. Flavors are mild and light fruity with some strawberries and mild melon. This was actually a really nice, easy and it gets quite a high score on the light-drinkability scale.

500ml bottle from The Bottle Shop Canterbury. Drunk very cold on a boiling on evening just to refresh myself and set myself up for some cold roast lamb. Some toasty red malts and some good American hop on aroma. decent enough beer if a little empty on the malts in the middle. Finishing hops are biting and are excellent. Bit of raspberry ripple ice cream fruit flavour on the finish too which is very attractive. Decent.
