Tap@Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen (Örebro Tap Takeover 03/12/2016) - gold yellow coloured pour with a white head. Aroma and taste is fruity and floral grassy hoppy, some barnyard yeast, bretty, zesty citrus lemon notes, light palate, dry finish.

Appearance: Hazy golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Fruit, spices, hops, citrus, malt, a bit floral.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Yeast, fruit, spices, citrus, a bit sour.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of spices, hops, straw, citrus fruits, and malt. The flavor is with notes of hay, malt, spices, and a bit of hops, leading to a bitter finish.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is floral and mild fruity. Bretty like. Bretty, mild wooden. Slight estery. Smooth fruity and dry herbal to floral far finish.

Sample at All In Beer Fest. Hazy yellow with white head. Spicy, peppery aroma and taste with a light dry brett tone. Light stable and funk with some citrus and yeast. Subtle, light and very nice saison.
