Vi har bryggt en ny IPA som vi valt att kalla Blue Tuesday. Ölet är ljust med en rund och behaglig beska. Vi tycker att smaken drar åt söta stenfrukter som persika, aprikos och mango. Jästen i den här ölen är en flytande variant som är helt ny för oss. Det här ölet kommer att vara ofiltrerat och bara fyllas på fat.

Poured at Shelton Festival, golden with medium frothy white head. The aroma is floral and tropical fruit. Medium body, juicy, pineapple, melon, light bitterness, very good.

Caña en Cimmeria 09..12..2016. (r18). Sabores maltosos con herbaceos ligeros frescos y verdes intensos al principio quedando un poco más apagados en cereales y afrutados suaves al final al calentar. Bastante buena y refrescante. Para repetir.

How: Draught.
Where: SBWF 2016.
Appearance: Golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Hops, tropical fruit, grapefruit.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Tropical fruit, citrus, caramel.

Draught at 3 små rum on November 11, 2016.Clear golden color, big white head, creamy. Cream, hoppy, citrus, malty taste. Hoppy, malty, caramel aftertaste, soem bitterness in balance. Medium a bit fizzy mouthfeel, medium well balanced bitterness. Cream, fruity, hoppy scent.

Sample @ SMÖF. Crisp and sweet with notes of pineapple and orange cest. Medium bitterness. Oily mouthfeel.

Draught sample at SMÖF. Pours golden. A very well made ipa with lots of grapefruit, quite bitter.

Sample at SBWF 2016. Clear golden with a small white head. Fresh with grapefruit, hops, pineapple and some light grass. The body was medium and the finish bitter.

Keg at SBWF. Clear golden, small head. Super distinct dank grapefruit and passionfruit aroma. Mid dry with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Loads of dry hop aromas. Not much else. Long bitter finish.
