(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 1 Oct 2016) Reddish amber colour with big, dense, beige head. Fruity, spicy nose with lingonberries, bread and earthy, spicy yeast aromas. Malty, fruity taste with notes of dark bread, earth, lingonberries, dried fruit, spicy yeast and a balanced earthy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Quite a spicy saison, with an interesting berry character. Quite nice.

Appearance: Hazy amber colour with an off-white head.
Aroma: Lingonberries, malt.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Lingonberries, sweet malt.

Sample @ SBWF. Messy saison with a small tartness and high sweetness. Almost no carbonation.

Keg at SBWF. Hazy deep copper colour, rich head. Aroma of marzipan and lingonberry jam. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Sugar, dough and lingonberry. Low bitterness. Somewhat mushy.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
At SBWF 2016. A bit hazy light amber with a small head. Aroma of light berries, some funk and malt. Similar taste, also some yoghurt in the finish. Drinkable but on the thin side.
