Cask @ OT. Pours clear Amber with a frothy bubbly offwhite head that leaves lots of sticky and spotty lacing and trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is tiny malty, tiny fruity, floral and tiny herbal with dark bread, caramel, grapefruit juice, moist grass, pine needles, soil and lemon peal. Taste is slightly sweet, bitter, tiny malty, tiny fruity and slightly floral. Mouthfeel is soft, round, tiny flat, tiny astringent and medium bodied. Finish is slightly sweet and. Utter with dark bread, caramel, grapefruit juice, moist grass, pine needles, soil and lemon peal. Actually very balanced caramel and juicy grapefruit presence. Very Ocean-like which isn’t my style but this hits the sweet spot and is really good. How: Draught.
Where: Oliver Twist, Stockholm.
Appearance: Dark golden colour with a thick white head.
Aroma: Malt, hops, some caramel.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Citrus, caramel, malt, a bit floral.
