Bottled. Cloudy amber, rich head. Toasty nose with caramelized sugar and hay. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with some raisins and spicy hops. Mid bitter finish. Solid and harmonious.

20/II/2012 - 33cl bottle @ Monk's Café (Lille) - BB: XII/12 (2012-148) Thanks to Franck for the beer!
Clear ruby red beer, big beige head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet caramel, ripe to overripe fruits, plums, hint of mocha. MF: good carbon, medium body. Taste: little sweet, caramel, malty, bit of mocha, chocolate. Aftertaste: some overripe fruits, bit of citrus, some mocha and a nice bitter hoppy finish.
