Bottled. Cloudy golden, rich head. Fruity floral nose. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Lightly spritzy with some dough and grass. Low bitterness. Harmonious.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 29/07/2016. Courtesy of and shared with Cécile. Ambrée, col blanc léger. Arôme offre un bouquet au profil sous-jacent de levure, malté très faible tout comme un houblonné restant u peu à la ramasse. Palais est malté avec encore une fois ce côté de veille pomme, note de pelure avec un possible usage de levure champenoise voire de cidre. Houblonné est discret ici encore dans les tons nobles. Je note en toute fin de bouche une note finement acidulée-oxydée qui semble indiquer des signes d’infection. Bizarre, 2 sur 3 où je retrouve ce même profil de pomme.
