33 cl bottle from Systembolaget order by the bottle. BB 2017 09 08. Sampled on December 16, 2016.Fairly large hizz when opened, creeps up the bottle neck a little, but no gushing.Builds up a fairly large small bubbled head tht settles to a tiny but lasting one, no lacing. Hazy pale golden color. Malty, grainy, very slight minty, herbal, bisquit, kexig scent. Herbal, grainy, leafy, bitter taste. Lasting dry bitter aftertaste, also herbal. Fizzy medium mouthfeel, dry bitter finish. Medium high bitterness that is perceived as a lot more than 30 I’d say.Nothing really wrong with it, I do however feel that bitterness a bit more than I like, dry and sharp, pith like. Takes down the overall sensation since the rest of the beer and the enjoyment is impacted by the bitterness that feels like I’m eating an orange but didn’t really bother to get rid of any of the pith.
