I vårt första samarbete har vi låtit oss inspireras av tysk ingenjörskonst och precision. Resultatet är en kalljäst Ale, generöst humlad med tysk och slovensk humle ackompanjerat av en maltig och brödig bas.

(Bottle, from Bottl3.5hop, Stockholm) Hazy amber colour with very big, frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of dried apricots, caramel, toffee and orange peel. Malty, fruity taste with apricots, treacle-toffee, crisp-bread, orange peel and a balanced herbal/earthy bitterness in the finish. Light body, mainly dry. Tasty and well balanced, somewhere in between English bitter and German altbier. Quite enjoyable.

27-08-16 // bottle at NK Kantinen, Stockholm. No glass, so I had to drink from the bottle. This way it was way to sparkling. Floral and a bit citrus hop notes.

Bottled, from Bottl3.5hop, Stockholm. Cloudy golden, huge, lively head. Rich, floral nose. Dry and slender with crisp mouthfeel. Bready and floral, notes of pear, citrus and saccharine. Lightly resinous finish with good bitterness.

Bottle at Bottl3.5hop in Stockholm. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma and taste of malt, some citrus and hay. Soft and easy to drink.
