Precis som sitt starkare syskon är den brygd som en tysk veteöl med 55% vetemalt, har till karaktären en lätt kropp och är frisk i smaken som en veteöl ska vara. Genom att jäsa den med en skotsk alejäst och torrhumla med amerikansk Citra får brygden en fantastisk arom och fruktighet.

Hazy blond colour with lasting thin head. Aroma has a touch of citrusy hop. Pleasant taste. Good balance of grain and hop. Light and easy to drink but also sufficiently flavoursome.

Canned (frm Maxi ICA, Umeå). Golden colour with a small but longlasting white head. Aroma is citrus, some wheat, grains and mild herbal tones. Flavoru is wheat, some floral, citrusy and mild earthy tones. Refreshing and actually very drinkable wheat beer.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Greeniskh yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy citrus aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. watery palate.
