Bottled. Black colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is roasted notes, some dark chocolate, coffee and mild burnt sugar as well as some maple syrup. Flavour is caramel, some nuts, mild syrupy and burnt sugary tones along with dark chocolate and some roasted tones.

(Draught, taster, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 3 Dec 2021) Dark brown colour, almost black, with brief beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of coffee, caramel and oak wood. Malty, roasted, slightly vinous taste with coffee, caramel, oak wood, black bread and a balanced roasty bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty, warming and quite well balanced. Very nice.

Flaska från SB, årgång 2015, flaska nr:0618. Smak och doft av mörk choklad, kaffe, rostad malt, mörk sirap, karamell, brunt socker, mörk torkad frukt med toner av torv och tall. Rund och len, krämig och fruktig, välbalanserad, fina smaker, lagom sötma, beska med smak av tall. Mycket gott!

Bottle (number 0138) from Systembolaget, e-order in April 2016. Dark brown with a large tan head. Caramel, some chocolate and malt in the aroma. Taste of caramel, chocolate, some dried fruit and hints of warming alcohol. Rather sweet and with a full body.
