Bottle thanks to Rainer. Pours a dark brown with no head. The aroma is strong coffee, and chocolate. Medium mouth, roast, bitter finish.

Bottle @ Kristrup tasting. Pours pitch black with a light brown head. Aroma of roated malt, rcih dark chocolate, coffee, light expresso, little caramel. Flavor is light bitter, malty, roast, rich dark chocolate, coffee, light expresso, light alcohol. Full bodied, oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. 310115

Tap at Mikkeller Bangkok. Poured a dark mahogany colour with a round tan head. The aroma is rich roasted malt, over ripe red fruit, coffee, dark chocolate. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a big roasty malt, coffee, chocolate, earthy peat, alcoholic liqourice bitter palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

Small glass shared with Jmgreenuk @ Mikkeller, Bangkok. almost no head. Very low carbonation. Good coffee aroma and aftertaste. Clear black pour. Very nice

Bottle. Black with small dark brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, vinous, coffee, liquorice, dark chocolate and cocoa. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, espresso, dark chocolate, liquorice, sweet, little bourbon, vanilla, hop and medium bitter.

Good beer and old football games with Mads. Jet black with a small but lasting tan head. Aroma of coffee beans and chocolate with faint hints of ash and soy sauce. Sweet roasted flavour with a pleasant coffee character. Better balanced than the regular Hunter, I think for a change, the coffee actually helps the beer

Bottle @ Denmark-Sovjet, 1985. World Cup Mexico Qualification. Shared with Christian. Pours black with a creamy dark beige head. Lovely mocha and coffee. Smooth, vinous and slick. Coco pops, chocolate and fresh coffee. Tasty motherfucker!

Pitch black, tiny alcohol legions head though. Lots of coffee nose but it’s not overwhelming, maybe actually faded, sweeter finish than expected and a lot of milk chocolate. an interesting beer but missing some complexity
