What is truth? What is beauty? Perception allows us to experience, but who can really tell what fellow man perceives?
C'mon Billy invites you to, like the Death's-head Hawkmoth, shed the heavy, stagnant shell that is clad upon us by our cultural conceptions.
We see Jame as the alchemical hermaphrodite that strives to achieve balance between masculinity and femininity. See beyond the madman and find the beauty of this struggle.
C'mon, dance with Jame in the dim light and spread your wings...

Bottled at Babajan, Stockholm. Cloudy ruby, mid sized head. Lemony yeasty nose. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Lemony yeast dominate, some yoghurt. Is the lemon intended? Seems amateuristic.

(Draught at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm, 19 Sep 2015) Dark red colour with dense, beige head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of caramel, red fruit and spices. Malty, fruity taste with caramel, dried fruit, a touch of maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg and a balanced spicy bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. A bit different and fairly spicy. Quite nice.

Sample at SBWF 2015. Hazy amber with a slighty tan head. Malty aroma with dark bread, yeast, fruit and toffee. Similar taste. The body was medium and the finish fairly sweet.

Draught @ Bishops Folkungagatan. Pours hazy brownish red with a big goldenish offwhite head that leaves some thick sticky lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is malty and fruity with dark bread, caramel, toasted cereal, sour banana candy, hay, moist soil, leather and lemon zest. Taste is slightly sweet, tiny bitter, very tiny sour, malty, slightly fruity and earthy. Mouthfeel is soft, round, tiny astringent and medium bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and tiny bitter with dark bread, caramel, toffee, sour banana candy, apples, pears, maple syrup, hay, moist soil, pepper corns and lemon zest. Decent dark Belgian ale. --- Beer merged from original tick of C'mon Billy on 20 Sep 2015 at 15:31 - Score: 7
