Med inslag av jord, örter och kryddor och med en mild känsla i bakgrunden.
En något komplex mouthfeel med en balanserad smak av ingefära och ett kryddigt avslut.
Passar bra tillsammans med grillad kyckling och het salsa.

How: Bottle.
Where: SBWF 2015.
Appearance: Opaque amber colour with a white head.
Aroma: Pine, malt, caramel, fruit.
Body: Light to medium body, medium carbonation.
Flavour: Malt, pine, resin, spices, some floral.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 26 Sep 2015) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with bread, ginger and floral hops. Fruity, spicy taste with notes of ginger, citrus, canned peaches and a balanced floral bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Quite a different saison, fairly sweet with lots of ginger. But a nice one.

Draught@SBWF2015. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, resiny and some wooden notes with mild toffee to it. Flavour is fruity, some mild spices, floral notes as well as mild gingery notes.

Sample at SBWF 2015. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma and taste of grapefruit, grass and some bread. Also something that reminded of plastic. The body was on the light side. Thin and quite boring to be honest.

Tap at SBWF2015. Murky amber color, small white head. Vegetables and saison spicey yeastyness im the nose. Medium-bodied. Sweetish, some white pepper, ginger. Ok.

Tap@ sbwf15. Pours murky brown with a thin off white head. Funky notes, yeast, floral notes. Bit hard to describe really. Flavor has sweetness, funky notes, apricots puree, ripe fruits. Sweet finish. Quite fresh and refreshing still.

Bottled at SBWF. Cloudy golden, small head. Elderflower and pineapple up front. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Phenolic with marzipan, elderflowers and plastic. Light resiny bitterness. Not good.
