Bottle at Spritmuseum. Cloudy reddish brown with off white head. Malty and fruity aroma and taste with light funky, acetic cherry notes. Some lemon zest finish.

Bouteille 37.5cl, BB 2025-05-04, merci Pierre T. Léger orangé, cuivré, col fin peu pétillant. Arôme au bouquet boisé, tirant vers un léger Madère, sucre brun pointe de brett, barrique et un malté grillé-cara Palais est plaisant avec encore cette impression plaisante de Madère, le tout est finemetn aigrelet-brett mais contrebalancé par un malté efficace qui apporte une touche de caramel, presque biscuité. Petit fruité aigrelet. L’avantage étant que le brett n’est pas trop dominant, évitant ainsi de tomber dans le surfait très américain.

Sample at SBWF 2015. Hazy amber with a small head. Tart aroma of malt and wood. The same in the taste. Also notes of grape and some citrus. The body was on the light side as was the bitterness.

Bottle at 2015 Sweet & Sour.Cloudy brown color, very small head. Compost, garbage can, alcohol scent. Acidic, green currants, tart taste. Light, thin mouthfeel, no bitterness. Tart aftertaste.

Bottle courtesy of tkrjukoff. Pours very hazy reddish burnt orange with a small offwhite head that doesn’t leave much trace in the glass while dissipating. Smell is malty and tiny fruity with dark bread, cere, lemon juice, dark grapes, hay, dry soil, moist wood, barnyard and lemon zest. Taste is sweet, sour, malty and tiny fruity. Mouthfeel is soft, round, tiny dry and medium bodied. Finish is sweet and sour with dark bread, caramel, cereal, lemon juice, grapes, moist hay and lemon zest. Bottled at Ă–lbryggan, Stockholm Hazy copper colour, small head. Tart woody nose. Dry with medium-full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Woody and vinous, oak and lemon. Light grassy bitterness with some grape stones. Elegant and tasty.
