Draught @ BA Gamla stan. Easy to drink but still complex. Notes of dill, cucumber, citrusy hops and chewing gum sweetness. Interesting yeast strain!

Keg at Queens Head, Stockholm. Hazy deep golden, mid sized head. Fruity nose with passionfruit and marmelade. Mid dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Lightly bready with mild passionfruit. Mid bitter finish. Refreshing. Even when Nynäs follow the hipster mainstream they do it with integrity.

Draught @ The Rover. Pours hazy deep yellow with a frothy goldenish white head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of sticky lacing on the glass. Smell is slightly estery and tiny phenolic with crackers, banana bread, passion fruit, hay, dry soil, white pepper corns, pear skins and lemon zest. Taste is bitter, tiny estery and phenolic with crackers, unripe pears, hay, dry soil, white pepper corns, allspice and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, slightly astringent and light bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, unripe pears, hay, dry soil, pepper corns and lemon zest. Nicely drinkable but a bit heavy on both esters and phenols to suit me completely.
