Inte att leka med. Denna dubbel-IPA, som är bryggarens personliga favorit, har extra allt; fyra humlesorter, torrhumlad två gånger, extra Villovägs-sötma och aningen mer alkoholhalt...

(Bottle, 20 July 2021) Amber colour with frothy, tan head. Malty, hoppy nose with caramel, treacle-toffee, resin, orange peel and dried apricots. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of caramel, treacle-toffee, resin, orange peel, grapefruit and a solid citric, resiny bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. A bit boozy, but loads of hops and quite tasty. Quite nice.

Flarra rest hovshaga. Doftar lite bär och nåt underligt. Först pepprig i munnen sen 100% beska utan smak. Otroligt besk. Misslyckad

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BBE 2016-05-21, thanks omhper, 20160521) The beer poured pale mahogany coloured and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had malts, booze, grass and caramel. Palate was medium bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, mildly solvent, booze and bitterness. Aftertaste was boozy, hoppy and bitter. A rather dry and boozy brew. Not pleasant.

Bottled, from Systembolaget Falun. Hazy brownish amber, small head. Pears, sweaty grapefruit and caramel up front. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and cough medicine dominates, still a lot of grapefruit and a long resiny bitter finish.

330ml Bottle (Thanks Omhper) - Copper red with a slight haze. Pine, raisins, grapefruit, leather and hop resin in the aroma. Earthy, bitter and resinous taste with raisins, grapefruit and ink (yes, ink!) Odd and am not sure if it’s meant to be like this. The aroma was nice but the taste disappointed me. I must try this one again as I wonder if my medication affected my tastebuds somehow.
