Bottle from Drinkshop. Not bad, no flaws etc. But does not live up to expectations in no respect. Lacks bitterness, lacks intensity in aroma and flavour. Also unpleasantly caramelly and slightly oxidized. BBD something 2016. (Really? Print BBD in black across black background? Minus points for that as well guys.)

Pours a hazy dark orange brew, with a nice head that gives way to a beautiful lacing. Pine and citrus in the aroma, pine and citrus in the taste, complimented by a sweet caramel sensation. Bitter and refreshing aftertaste.

Flaske hos Odd Gunnar, rbhd-treff 5.12.15: oransjegylden med fint skum som holder seg. Appelsin/mandarin, kvae og stikkelsbær i aroma og smak. Rugsyrligheten kommer først i smaken. En kraftig og god, litt rå ipa.

Shared bottle at at Gunnar’s 05.12.15, with OGJ, JMD, KH and ABE. Orange. Uneven, off-white head. Strong aroma of Sevilla marmalade, alcohol, tropical fruits and malt. Similar taste, with honey. Decent bitterness.

Pours hazy amber with a quickly fading head.Nose shows pineapple, peach, graprefruit and resinous hops with soft clean malt underneath.Falvours include piny, resinous and pineapple-like hops along with some syrupy malt and an aggressive, slightly metallic bitterness.

Colour clear medium amber, two finger frothy white head, good retention and lacing. Strong fruity aroma, grapefruit, lemon, bitter orange, pine, light caramel. Flavour is light sweet and medium bitter, malty bits, citrusy. Finish is dry and bittersweet, spicy and hoppy, very aromatic and well-balanced IPA. Good stuff.

Bottle from Mitra Bunnik, large sample. Slight hazy amber color, short frothy head. Aroma of spicy rye, piney hops, grapefruit, grassy. Medium bitter in taste, slight malty, slight alcohol. Focused on hop and bitterness and not much chewy sweetness, without feeling empty or thin bodied. Good stuff.
