Det låter som om lättöl är lätt att göra. Icke ! sa Nicke. Visst, alla kan nog göra lättöl, men det måste ju smaka gott också. Här har man bara lite hjälp av alkoholen, som är en av smakbärarna. Vid en ölprovning sa en dam;
”Jag har slutat att köpa starköl. Jag dricker bara er lättöl.”
”Jaha, varför då? ” —
”Det smakar ju så mycket öl.”

Den här ölen är inte heller filtrerad eller dödad genom upphettning. Däremot lagrad länge och kallt.

Bottled. Hazy pale amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is bready, floral, herbal and some slight sweetish tones. Flavour is parfumed candies, some herbal, bready and mild cardboardy elements. OK for a 2 % beer actually.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 4 Oct 2014) Pale amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Malty, slightly fruity nose with treacle toffee, apricots and orange. Malty, fruity taste with notes of toffee, apricots, orange peel and a slight bitterness. Thin body, quite dry. Tasty low alcohol beer. Quite enjoyable.

Bottled, thanks rlgk! Lightly hazy pale amber, small head. Floral bready nose with notes of saccharine. Dry with light body and clean mouthfeel. Bread, bubblegum and metal. Low-medium bitterness. OK 2% beer.
