How: Draught.
Where: SBWF 2014.
Appearance: Dark brown colour with a beige head.
Aroma: Malt, fruit, liquorice, grapefruit.
Body: Light to medium body, medium carbonation.
Flavour: Liquorices, malt, citrus, grapefruit.

Sample at SBWF 2014. Almost black with a small head. Aroma and taste of licorice, light hops, some grapefruit and hay. Not bad but a bit light.

Draught@SBWF2014. Deep brown colour, small head. Aroma is fruity, some berries, mild toasted notes as well as some nutty and chocolaty notes. Flavour is fruity, floral mild roasted malts as well as some toffee. Quite a wellbalanced brew, where the various elements go in a good harmony.

Tap at SBWF2014. Dark brown color, small off-white head. Aroma has light chocolate and light hops. Light-bodied. Caramel, light grass. Light hops in the finish.

Keg at SBWF. Cloudy nut brown, mid sized head. Chocolate, coffee and grapefruit up front. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Quite mellow with licorice and grapefruit. Mid bitter finish.

Draught (Stockholm Beer Festival 2014) - Dark brown in colour. Pine, soapy hops, liquorice and roasted malt in the aroma. Hoppy, roasted and slightly woody taste with notes of liquorice, cocoa, soapy hops and pine.
