Draft @ SBWF 2014. Pours a dark amber brown color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy coffee aroma. Slightly roasted malty coffee and vanilla flavor. Has a roasted malty coffee finish.

Draught@SBWF2014. Black colour with a small eigeish brown head. Aroma is fruity, coffeeish, mild vanilla along with some floral, sweet malty and liquorice notes to it. Flavour is very similar, with a quite kicking bitterness in the finish. Very tasty.

Sample at SBWF 2014. Dark brown with a small head. Aroma and taste of coffee, light roasted malt, light vanilla and caramel. Medium body and with a rather bitter finish.

Tap at SBWF2014. Dark brown color, small white head. Aroma has rye and caramel and coffee. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Coffeish, a bit sweet, clean palate. Perharps a bit clinic but ok.

Keg at SBWF. Ruby, small head. Raisiny bready nose with some vanilla. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Raisins, figs and coffee. Salty bitterish finish.

Tap@sbwf14. Deep brown, thin but lasting white head. Nice coffee aroma, very dominating, milk chocolate as well. Flavor has instant coffee, hops, malt, chocolate chips. Dry. Roasty finish. Nice different porter.

4oz pour at the Max’s Taphouse Beer Camp event. Pours a hazy brown with some creamy, white head. Nose has vanilla, caramel, malt, cream soda. Flavor is malty sweet, vanilla, brown sugar, cream soda, orange, caramel, some mild anise. Creamy finish.

4 oz draft at Max’s Taphouse. Dark brown almost black with light tan head. Aromas of coffee, chocolate, vanilla, roast. Tastes of coffee, vanilla, caramel, chocolate. Medium body with a dry finish. Medium carbonation.
