Bardzo winne, winogronowe, malinowe, wisnie, czeresnie, kwasne wisnie i cierpkie wytrawne wino, prawie nic tu z tradycyjnego miodu pitnego nie ma. Ten produkt jest taki ze albo go polubisz albo znienawidzisz i nie ma opcji posredniej, jesli ktos szuka slodyczy i miodu zawiedzie sie, jesli jednak ktos poszukuje cos zblizonego do wytrawnego, cierpkiego i tanicznego czerwonego wina bedzie zachwycony, ja jestem. nic dodac, nic ujac.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 8 Oct 2016) Dark red colour with no head. Fruity nose with notes of blueberries, blackberries and honey. Fruity, vinous taste with blueberries, blackberries, black-currant and some tannins in a slightly tart and dry finish. Full body, mainly dry. Tasty and quite complex with lots of wild berries, nicely balanced by and dry and slightly tart finish. Nice one.

Bottle bought through Systembolaget. Pours very deep ruby red leaving some subtle legs on the glass. Smell is fruity with honey, bilberries, raspberries, dark cherries, cranberries, black currants, moist soil, leather and alcohol. Taste is tiny sweet, slightly sour and heavy fruity. Mouthfeel is slightly dry, tart, round, berry skin astringent, tiny boozy and medium bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and slightly sour with dark honey, bilberries, currants, cranberries, dark cherries, moist soil, leather and alcohol. Very nice heavily fruity semi-sweet mead. Heavy fruity with suiting tannins from the berry skins. Moderate suiting alcohol burn. Bottle @ SBWF 2014. Pours a deep red color with no head. Has a fruity vinous blueberry black currant aroma. Dry fruity spicy blueberry and honey flavor. Has a dry spicy black currant and blueberry finish.

Bottled at SBWF. Burgundy colour. Vinus nose with blueberries and licorice. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Blueberries and earth, peppery licorice finish. Nice and intense.

Bottled@SBWF2014. Deep ruby colour, no head. Aroma is fruits, some redwine like notes along with mild blackberries and lingonberries to it. Flavour is very similar in a good balance. Somewhat dry mead.
