Appearance: Black colour with a beige head.
Aroma: Chocolate, raisin, alcohol, whiskey.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Chocolate, roasted malt, sugar, malt, vanilla.

Sample at Bishops Arms: Järntorget on October 20. Pours black with a thin brown head that leaves no traces on the glass. Smell is roasted malts with wood, some vanilla, alcohol and raisins. Smells a little like good rum. Taste is sweet and dominated by roasted malts, peat, wood, chocolate and vanilla. finish is very pleasant with wood and coffee.

Draught@Bishops Arms Järntorget, Göteborg. Quite much pitch black colour, small off-white head. Aroma is coffee, chocolate, vanilla, liquorice, wood and some mild ashy notes. Flaovur is liquorice, wood, vanilla, some ashes, mild tobacco as well as some slight dark dry fruityness. Mild fudge and smoked wooden notes as well.

Cask @ Bishops Arms, Malmö. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a fruity roasted malty chocolate aroma with some slightly weak smoky whiskey hints. Roasted malty fruity licorice and chocolate flavor with some hints of whiskey. Has a roasted malty chocolate and licorice finish.

From cask at Bishops Arms, Malmö as ekfatlagrad. Pours pitch dark black with a small tan head. Bitter and wineous to chocolate dense malty and dense wooden and alcohol aroma into the flavour. Solid alcohol and wood flavoured with a mild fruity note and solid chocolate. Too wooden and almost alcohol burning. Has some nice complexity, yet totally outdone by the bourbon.

Cask. A pitch black beer with a thin brown head. The aroma is sweet and very roasted and also with notes of soy sauce, wood, and bourbon. The flavor is sweet with notes of wood, roasted malt, soy sauce, bourbon, alcohol, and caramel. The alcohol tickles and dries out the tongue, before a dry and very roasted finish sets in.
