Cask@Akkurat, Stockholm. Amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is floral, nutty, some fruity, caramelly tones. Flavour is wooden, some nutty, wooden and mild caramel tones. Smooth and quite true to the style Bitter.

Cask @ Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Pours hazy dark amber with small and airy off- white head. Clear aroma of fruit and flowers, with malty and hoppy notes. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with notes of fruit and caramel malt, and a gentle touch of aniseed. Lingering, bitter and rough aftertaste, wit a distinct touch of yeast. Decent but not mind-blowing.

(Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 27 Apr 2014) Pale amber colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with apricots, orange and a touch of toffee. Malty, fruity taste with notes of toffee, apricots, orange, citrus peel and a balanced citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

Cask at Oliver Twist. 4.4% Slightly hazy amber color, small off-white head. Aroma has nutty maltyness and caramel. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Caramel, woody piney bitterness. Short finish. Very English.

Cask @ OT. Pours clear deep golden with a rocky offwhite head that doesn’t leave much trace while dissipating. Smell is slightly malty and slightly floral with dark bread, moist grass, buttered biscuits, orange zest, lemon peal, caramel and soil. Taste is slightly sweet, slightly bitter and floral with sweet dark bread, biscuits, dried flowers, moist grass, dried pine needles, wood and soil. Mouthfeel is round, soft, flat, tiny astringent and light bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and bitter with biscuits, moist grass, orange zest, wood and dried pine needles. Solid beer...

Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm. Clear copper colour. Distinct aroma of hay with notes of butter. Dry with light body and firm, vital mouthfeel. Hay, notes of black cherries, saw dust and caramel. Long bitter finish. Superbly drinkable.
