Ahhhh - fucking speciality grain, bollocks to the 20% rye, it’s a bloody APA !!! Bottle at Ölstugan 1892 Tullen Lejonet, Göteborg, 21/03/14. Hazed orange amber with a moderate off white covering. Nose is pithy citrics, grapefruit, candied fruit peel. Taste comprises mandarin, orange pith, caramel, straw, hoppy notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent APA.

Draught @ The Rover. Pours murky goldenish reddish brown with a bubbly offwhite head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity, floral and herbal with dark bread, grass, pine, grapefruit juice, black pepper corns, rye flour, pineapple juice, gooseberries and starfruit. Taste is bitter, malty, fruity, floral and herbal with dark bread, grapefruit juice, pineapple juice, papaya, mango, grass, pine, moist soil, sourdough bread, lemon zest, gooseberries, mineral water and hints of chives. Mouthfeel is dry, astringent and light bodied.
